Semaphore is a product lab building autonomous experimentation. Our mission is to make every product an emergent learning system.

Product development has historically been organized around launch: discover the need, follow the hunch, design the answer, ship it. That model made sense when software was expensive to build and slow to change.

As intelligence compresses shipping timelines, more hunches reach users with less conviction behind them. The bottleneck is no longer producing more software. It is knowing what worked, what should scale, and why users behave the way they do.

We need a system that can proactively create experimentation at scale leveraging user behavior as the feedback signal. Every change is part of one continuous learning loop that understands the product's intent and accumulates product judgment creating a new product development life cycle that looks like gradient descent across the full surface area of the user experience.

We are building the infrastructure for that future, where products continuously optimize themselves.

Built by product engineers from Tools for Humanity, Luma AI, and Stanford.
